A U.S. Starbucks eGift for participating stores, including Puerto Rico. Some airport, grocery, bookstore and Guam locations do not accept Starbucks Cards. Open the eGift email to add it to your Starbucks account, transfer the balance to an existing Starbucks Card, or print it for store payment. Mobile-app use requires card registration; only one Starbucks account is permitted. Cards are not intended for children under 13; ages 13–18 require parent or guardian supervision. U.S. cards also work at participating locations in Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Mexico and Australia. Purchases use the transaction-date exchange rate with no Starbucks conversion fee. Cards and balances do not expire; there are no activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees. Lost or stolen cards must have been registered beforehand; issuer replacement covers only the balance remaining when notified. Issuer refunds for unused eGifts require the original receipt; other refunds or cash redemption follow the card agreement and law.
