An electronic U.S. McDonald’s Arch Card for menu orders at participating restaurants. It is distinct from a physical card and from the app’s stored balance. It is not intended for children under 13; ages 13–18 require parent or guardian supervision. Transfer the eGift balance into the digital Arch Card in your McDonald’s app account before use. The transfer combines balances, removes the value from the original eGift and cannot be reversed. Order through the app with enough balance to cover the whole order, including applicable tax and delivery. An eGift cannot be scanned, printed or manually redeemed in a restaurant. The balance never expires and has no inactivity or service fees. The eGift itself is not reloadable and cannot buy another card. Issuer terms prohibit card returns or cancellation after receipt and cash redemption except where required by law. Keep proof of ownership: issuer replacement, when approved, covers only the balance remaining when frozen.
