Sign in to your own DoorDash account, open Account Settings → Gift Card and redeem the code; do not enter it as a checkout promo code. Pay any shortfall with another supported payment method. Caviar redemption is also allowed, but redeemed credit remains on the platform where it was added. Cards have no expiry or fees. Redemption is final and cannot be reversed; deleting or deactivating the account removes access to its credit. Cards cannot be reloaded, returned, resold or exchanged for cash except where required by law. They cannot buy other gift cards or open-loop prepaid cards. Lost, stolen or damaged cards are not replaced.
